Return Policy – 14-Day Returns and Refunds

This return policy explains the conditions for returning eligible items within 14 days of delivery. At DALFICOM, we want you to shop with confidence. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with its original packaging, accessories, and documentation when applicable.

Under this return policy, to request a return, contact us at support@dalficom.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from our customer support team. The appropriate return address and instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@dalficom.com.

We may request photos or other information to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns, return shipping instructions will be provided by our customer support team. When applicable, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print.

Please do not return products without prior authorization.

EXCHANGES

DALFICOM does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, model, or variation, you may return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order separately.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders where applicable under European Union consumer law, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
